Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve targets in modern trade channels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for key accounts and retail chains.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective product placement, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with modern trade customers.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights for strategic planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG modern trade sector.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and distribution in Dubai/UAE.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective action plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
