Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Assist with order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain sales databases and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales executives in achieving their targets and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Associate level experience, preferably 2+ years in a sales support or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Experience within the retail apparel, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
