Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the showroom team, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
• Increase customer satisfaction and pass all Mystery Shopping exercises.
• Manage the sales funnel and ensure it is properly implemented.
• Effectively manage and motivate the showroom team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure adherence and compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, providing insights into sales performance.

Requirements

• Automotive sales experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage showroom operations efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
