Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI/CO modules.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for SAP FI/CO initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Stay updated with new SAP functionalities and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI/CO implementation and support roles.
- Proven track record of leading SAP FI/CO projects from blueprint to go-live.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting (GL, AP, AR, AA) and controlling (CO-PA, PCA, CCA, IO) processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
