Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality control procedures at the October Plant.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
  • Monitor and document critical control points (CCPs) and other quality parameters.
  • Investigate and resolve food safety and quality non-conformances.
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on QC activities and findings.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of food safety principles and quality control systems.
  • Ability to perform detailed inspections and analyses.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing plant environment.
  • Relevant experience in a food safety or quality control role (1 Year+).
