Key Responsibilities
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding for bridge maintenance projects according to safety standards.
- Ensure all scaffolding structures are safe, stable, and compliant with regulations.
- Perform routine inspections of scaffolding to identify and report any defects or hazards.
- Work closely with construction and maintenance teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Operate and maintain scaffolding equipment efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scaffolder, with specific experience in bridge maintenance.
- Valid scaffolding certification or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of scaffolding types, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret scaffolding plans and blueprints.
- Good physical condition and ability to work at heights.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
