Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling to students regarding academic, social, and emotional concerns.
• Develop and implement guidance programs focused on student well-being and personal growth.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success and address challenges.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Maintain confidential student records and ensure ethical counselling practices.
• Facilitate workshops and informational sessions for students, parents, and staff on relevant topics.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a School Counsellor, preferably within a K-12 educational setting.
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development and common psychological issues.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, families, and school staff.
• Immediate availability to start the position.
