Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate scrum events and ensure adherence to agile principles.

Requirements
- Experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or similar is a plus.
