Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Coach the development team and Product Owner on Scrum framework and best practices.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress and productivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and self-organization within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Help the team achieve sprint goals and deliver valuable increments consistently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment (5+ years).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
