Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Help the team and organization remove impediments to their progress.
- Ensure the Scrum framework is understood and enacted by the team.
- Work with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is clear and maximized for value.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are highly desirable.
