Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach development teams in self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and foster an environment for team success.
- Help the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and defining user stories.
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum values, practices, and principles.
- Promote collaboration and clear communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on removing obstacles.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is highly desirable.
