Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and new bike dealers across Southeast Asia.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets for Trek products.
- Provide comprehensive support and training to dealer networks on product knowledge and merchandising.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and effective inventory management.
- Represent Trek Bicycle at industry events and dealer meetings to promote brand engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management within the cycling or sporting goods industry.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market dynamics and dealer networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, multicultural team.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Southeast Asia region.
