Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of sea freight shipments from booking to delivery.

- Prepare and process all necessary documentation for sea freight, including bills of lading and customs declarations.
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates and communication to clients.
- Handle cargo claims and resolve any operational issues efficiently and promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with international shipping regulations and company standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sea freight operations or a similar logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Greek and English is highly preferred.
