Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for the iGaming platform.
- Resolve complex issues escalated from first-level support, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve software, integration, and configuration problems.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring issues.
- Document solutions, knowledge base articles, and common problem-solving procedures.
- Monitor platform performance and proactively address potential issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a second-level technical support role, preferably within iGaming or software.
- Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, APIs, and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and system configurations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
