    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for the iGaming platform.
    • Resolve complex issues escalated from first-level support, ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Diagnose and resolve software, integration, and configuration problems.
    • Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring issues.
    • Document solutions, knowledge base articles, and common problem-solving procedures.
    • Monitor platform performance and proactively address potential issues.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a second-level technical support role, preferably within iGaming or software.
    • Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, APIs, and related technologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and system configurations.
    • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
