    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Tradedoubler’s digital marketing platform.
    • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to partner programs, influencer solutions, and SaaS offerings.
    • Collaborate with internal development teams to escalate, track, and resolve product bugs and feature requests.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for common issues, solutions, and best practices.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution of support tickets.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for Tradedoubler’s products and services, guiding users and partners.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a second-line or advanced technical support role, ideally within digital marketing or SaaS.
    • Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and APIs, relevant to affiliate marketing.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
    • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a full remote, pan-European environment.
    • Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
