Key Responsibilities
- Execute safe and efficient navigation and watchkeeping duties.
- Assist the Master in all aspects of vessel operation and management.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
- Oversee crew activities and maintain discipline on board.
- Manage vessel stability, cargo operations, and dynamic positioning systems.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures.
Requirements
- Valid Second Officer’s license and STCW certifications for DP Unlimited vessels.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Second Officer on crew boats or similar vessels.
- Proficiency in navigation, bridge resource management, and DP operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Adherence to high safety and operational standards.
