Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients for secondary market properties.
- Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Facilitate property viewings and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market developments, legal requirements, and RERA regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in secondary real estate market sales, preferably in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, multicultural team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in relevant CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
