Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to assigned attorneys.
- Manage and organize complex diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports with high accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with professionalism.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with billing processes, expense reports, and client account management as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
