The National Sports Authority (NSA) manages, maintains and operates the 450-acre Queen Elizabeth (Q.E.) Sports Centre. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for the entire sports complex.
- Manage, train, and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring high standards of performance.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of all surveillance systems, access control, and security technologies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure safety.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services for major events and incident response.
- Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security management, preferably within large-scale event venues or public facilities.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating security teams.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment methodologies, and emergency response planning.
- Proficiency in operating and managing modern security technologies and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
