Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras diligently to detect and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all areas.
• Respond promptly and effectively to all security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security events, observations, and daily activities.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist guests and staff with any security-related inquiries or concerns.

Requirements

• Prior experience in security, surveillance, or CCTV operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating CCTV monitoring systems and other security equipment.
• Strong observational skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to identify potential risks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure or emergency situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
