Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to preliminary screenings.
  • Support the organization and maintenance of candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Help prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Contribute to the coordination of interviews and assessment processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and employer branding initiatives.
  • Learn and apply best practices in talent acquisition and selection processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (e.g., in Legal, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields).
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a passion for talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
