Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to preliminary screenings.
- Support the organization and maintenance of candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Help prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Contribute to the coordination of interviews and assessment processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and employer branding initiatives.
- Learn and apply best practices in talent acquisition and selection processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (e.g., in Legal, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields).
- Strong interest in Human Resources and a passion for talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
