Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end operational processes for sellers on the platform.
• Ensure a high level of seller satisfaction and retention through effective support and solutions.
• Analyze seller performance data to identify areas for improvement, growth, and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tech, logistics, and marketing to enhance seller tools and services.
• Develop and implement strategies to onboard new sellers and expand product offerings efficiently.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge for Trendyol’s sellers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce, retail, or supply chain operations, preferably with a focus on seller management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong seller relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile start-up environment.
• Demonstrated ability in project management and process optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
