Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts within the Asian market.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption among existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar senior sales role, preferably in IT services or web hosting.
- Strong understanding of the web hosting industry and digital services market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated assertiveness and a detail-oriented approach to client management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
