Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand noon’s market share and revenue within the digital ecosystem.
  • Formulate and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in Business Development, preferably within the e-commerce or digital services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, digital marketplace dynamics, and retail luxury/apparel sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
