Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for ZainTECH’s digital solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within the enterprise segment and effectively qualify leads.
- Promote and sell ZainTECH’s diverse range of ICT solutions, including cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, AI, and smart cities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, conduct negotiations, and close complex deals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or similar role in enterprise sales, preferably within the IT services or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of ICT solutions such as cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, and IoT.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
