Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of international corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
- Analyze client risks and propose optimal insurance and reinsurance solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and international partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead negotiations with insurance carriers and present tailored proposals to clients.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on claims settlement processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or similar role in the insurance/reinsurance industry.
- Strong understanding of international insurance markets and products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other Central/Eastern European languages is a plus.
- Proactive approach with a focus on achieving sales targets and client satisfaction.
