Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insightful reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with audit teams and other external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar finance role (5+ years).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills in English and Azerbaijani.
