Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee general accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Participate actively in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations pertinent to digital asset operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar financial role, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
