Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex financial statements and reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and perform month-end/year-end closing procedures.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and provide actionable insights to management and clients.
• Ensure strict compliance with local accounting regulations, tax laws, and internal company policies.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, supporting their professional development and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with internal audit teams, external auditors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar financial role, typically requiring 5 or more years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients.
