    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage financial records, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
    • Manage the organization’s cash flow, including accounts payable and receivable.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
    • Coordinate audits with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain client relationships.
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and prepare and file tax returns.

    Requirements

    • Proven working experience as an Accounts Manager, preferably in an AUDIT FIRM.
    • Advanced computer skills in MS Excel, accounting software (preferably XERO), and databases.
    • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, IFRS, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Leadership abilities, including client communication, e-mail communication skills, etc.
    • ACCA, CA, CPA, or similar relevant qualifications.
