Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and generate insightful reports.
- Contribute to the annual financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
- Provide key financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and other relevant accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
