Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management and departments.
  • Efficiently manage and organize complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread various documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, events, and workshops.
  • Maintain organized and confidential filing systems for sensitive documents and records.
  • Handle incoming communications, direct inquiries, and manage information flow effectively.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant, with a preference for a senior role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, multicultural team.
  • High degree of discretion and ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
