Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and Machine Learning models and solutions.
- Lead the entire ML lifecycle from data collection and preprocessing to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and products.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools for various projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI/ML development and MLOps.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.
Requirements
- Strong background in AI/ML engineering, with significant experience in real-world applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and system design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for MLOps, model deployment, and scalable data processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills in English; Finnish language skills are considered a significant advantage.
