Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis for potential investment opportunities within the Life Science Tools & Services sector.
- Perform comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on target companies.
- Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for the investment committee.
- Support the execution of transactions and assist in the management of portfolio companies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes within the life science sector.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external advisors to drive successful investment strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, with a focus on healthcare or life sciences.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, international team.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and relevant industry databases.
