Key Responsibilities

• Review designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ & modifications required to suit prevailing site conditions.
• Review packages & coordinate with subcontractors for technical queries & highlighting discrepancies.
• Manage a team of structural & architectural draughtsman for preparation of shop drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP requirements.
• Evaluate & determine appropriate construction delivery systems & cost-effective plans.
• Oversee the selection of contractors & consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Architect.
• 5+ years of experience in High Rise Tower Projects.
• Experience in High Rise Tower Projects
• Strong understanding of construction delivery systems.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team of draughtsmen.
