Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounting clients, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and tax computations in compliance with local regulations.
- Provide expert advice to clients on accounting standards, tax matters, and regulatory changes.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, reviewing their work for quality and accuracy.
- Liaise effectively with clients, auditors, and government bodies on various accounting issues.
- Contribute to process improvements and the enhancement of client service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet tight deadlines.
