    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to assigned executives.
    • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with high accuracy.
    • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by executives.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
