Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure backend services and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend engineers.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and stability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic technical decisions for the platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer or a similar role, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Ruby, Go, Java).
• Extensive experience with database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
