Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems and APIs.
- Collaborate effectively with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of all backend services.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Backend Engineer, with significant experience in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- In-depth understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Solid grasp of software development best practices, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
