Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust business intelligence solutions and data models.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from diverse sources into data warehouses.
- Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable insights.
- Optimize BI queries and reports for performance, scalability, and data accuracy.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BI team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a BI Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role, preferably 5+ years.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense, or similar.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
