Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify, attract, and secure new restaurant partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and continued satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs set for market expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development or B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals and close partnerships effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant, hospitality, or fintech sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify and leverage new business opportunities to drive significant growth.
