Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans for culture and tourism initiatives.
• Identify and cultivate key partnerships with local and international stakeholders.
• Drive growth and expansion of Abu Dhabi’s cultural and tourism offerings.
• Lead negotiations and secure agreements to achieve departmental objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Represent DCT Abu Dhabi at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior business development roles, preferably within government or tourism sectors.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s cultural and tourism landscape.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving business growth targets.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
