Key Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive financial performance analysis and reporting for commercial operations.
• Provide insightful strategic financial guidance and support to commercial business units.
• Lead and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to support business strategies and projects.
• Ensure robust financial discipline and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial finance, business performance management, or a similar senior financial role.
• Strong analytical acumen and advanced financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
• High proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working in a global organization, preferably within the medical device or healthcare sector.
