Key Responsibilities
- Formulate a buying strategy in line with Brand and MAF Lifestyle guidelines.
- Direct and manage vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and purchasing.
- Ensure commercial and profitable product ranges are developed and bought.
- Manage and control all aspects of stock to achieve reduced lost sales.
- Contribute to the development of annual business plans and buying strategies.
- Negotiate product pricing, shipment costs, and payment terms with vendors.
Requirements
- 4-5 years in a senior Merchandising role.
- Experience in a retail background is mandatory.
- A Bachelors’ Degree in Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
- Qualification in Retail Management / Purchasing / Sales or related subjects.
