Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for enterprise transformation programs.
- Design and implement comprehensive communication plans to engage stakeholders across all levels.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support change adoption and capability building.
- Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment on transformation goals.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change and communication initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in change management, organizational transformation, or strategic communications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise transformation methodologies and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders in complex environments.
- Experience working in the IT, Consulting, or Education sectors is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
