Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex character rigging systems for various projects.
• Collaborate closely with animators, modelers, and technical artists to ensure character assets meet technical and artistic requirements.
• Create intuitive and animator-friendly control interfaces and tools for character manipulation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve rigging-related issues, ensuring stability and performance of rigged assets.
• Research and implement new rigging techniques, workflows, and tools to enhance production efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior riggers and contribute to best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Character Rigger, ideally in animation, games, or VFX industries.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, kinematics, deformation, and rigging principles.
• Proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Maya, Blender) and scripting languages like Python.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and innovative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
