Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the IT and telecommunications sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and effectively pitch ARC’s comprehensive IT and telecommunication solutions.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to create tailored technology solutions for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Client Manager or in a similar sales/business development role within the IT/Telecom sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise communications, and data centre solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Local UAE experience is preferred.
