Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of sustainable operational risk management strategies.
• Leverage technical expertise and data-driven insights to identify and address client challenges.
• Collaborate closely with clients to build internal capabilities and ensure long-term success.
• Contribute to the continuous development of dss+ methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive proven experience as a Senior Coach or Consultant in behavioural safety and operational risk.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational transformation within complex or high-hazard industries.
• Strong capabilities in influencing, engaging, and empowering diverse organisational teams.
• Deep understanding of safety culture, risk management frameworks, and sustainability principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively on contract-based projects and travel as required by client engagements.
