Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential ABC vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on ABC compliance requirements.
• Oversee internal investigations related to alleged bribery or corruption incidents.
• Monitor and report on compliance effectiveness to senior management.
• Stay updated with local and international ABC laws and regulations (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer with a focus on Anti-Bribery & Corruption.
• Strong understanding of global ABC laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively.
• High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and attention to detail.
• Experience in the financial services or a heavily regulated industry is preferred.
