Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential ABC vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on ABC compliance requirements.
- Oversee internal investigations related to alleged bribery or corruption incidents.
- Monitor and report on compliance effectiveness to senior management.
- Stay updated with local and international ABC laws and regulations (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer with a focus on Anti-Bribery & Corruption.
- Strong understanding of global ABC laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and attention to detail.
- Experience in the financial services or a heavily regulated industry is preferred.
