Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end construction project delivery for mission-critical facilities.
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality, on time, and within budget.
  • Foster open, honest, and collaborative relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
  • Implement best-in-class project management and construction methodologies.
  • Oversee on-site operatives and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Drive certainty in project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager, ideally in mission-critical or data center projects.
  • Strong background in project management and engineering principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain trust and long-term relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex construction projects.
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
